Trilogy, an 'active lifestyle' luxury community, needed to start selling homes in its Northern California development before it was even built. They had to brand something that didn't yet exist, and for that they wanted the signature Point7West image film. Point7West's task was to find a way to generate interest in something that wasn't there. The building site was a picturesque vineyard, and the designer was Carl Lagoni, a well-known 'New California' architect. Our solution was to interview Lagoni in his studio and film the designers as they created the plans and drawings for the community. We also went out to the site (which was just being leveled and zoned), and captured the open spaces and the natural beauty of the area. After some of the homes were finished and the community was up and running, the video production team returned to the site and filmed the completed properties, which fit seamlessly into the final video. This corporate video became a highly effective sales tool both before and after construction even began.
