After creating multiple corporate videos for national homebuilder Shea Homes, Point7West produced this 30-second television commercial to help the company celebrate their 125th anniversary. The spot features heavy use of motion graphics, historical photography and some live action footage we shot for previous Shea image films. 

Point7West has created TV spots for many other image film clients, such as the IVEDC and the City of Indian Wells.

In this spot, our post-production department took a visually dramatic approach and focused on Shea’s core values and tradition of excellence. This commercial ran nationally during the Olympics and in a number of local markets, and served as a reminder to current homebuyers of the continued service and dedication of the Shea family of companies.
