Indian Wells Town Center
Runtime: 3 minutesIndian Wells Town Center is a new retail/entertainment center being built in Indian Wells, California. They wanted a corporate sales and promotional video that would appeal to potential retailers to fill the center’s retail spaces. We were hired thanks to all the previous work we had done for the City of Indian Wells, as well as the videos we’ve produced for other real estate companies in the Coachella Valley (Bighorn Properties, Indian Wells Resort). Our signature high production values were a great fit for the high quality of the center and the retail they were hoping to attract. In the video, Point7West wanted to place the emphasis on the surrounding resorts, communities, and the large local events that draw in tourists, and how they in turn would attract business to the stores. The challenge with this piece was creating an effective video using mainly post-production – we could only shoot a small amount of new footage for the piece. We combined it with existing stock footage and renderings of the site and the building, and put it all together in the studio.
